Background
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Utah (2017). I did not come up through a computer science program; I learned to code by building and shipping projects, and the business background still shapes how I work. I ask what a feature earns or costs before I look at the code.
Most of what I know came from working through undocumented problems and writing down the exact path so the next person does not have to. That is where the Medium articles came from, and it is the same habit behind the rules and hooks my artificial intelligence (AI) agents run on.
I live in Salt Lake City. When I am not working I am usually on a trail or a river. The photos here are from Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, and the Bob Marshall Wilderness in Montana.
